[₁] Every effort will be made to complete the production in the year 2004 and enter post with a goal of a 2005 Release. However DL Sites Inc. can not be held liable for any extended illnesses or death to main cast members or primary crew or any acts of God that would halt or otherwise delay the production. Purchaser understands that they will have no editorial decisions on content in regards to the finish edit of the film and that DL Sites Inc will do everything in its power to stick to the shooting script. All sales are final.
